The Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) awards were created to celebrate and honour MBAV members who demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and a commitment to building excellence.

As a business, we’re committed to delivering the best possible quality in all of our homes, so we were thrilled to be recognised at this year’s awards with our Milan 29 MK3 taking home the award for Best Display Home $350,000- $500,000.

We submitted the Milan for consideration in this year’s awards because we believe it’s a prime example of our ongoing commitment to innovation, transparency and value.

The Milan at a glance

The design of the Milan 29 MK3 embodies our core mission here at Arden – to provide homes for buyers wanting to step up to a new level in design. It contains all the top-tier standard inclusions you’ve come to expect from an Arden home, showcasing some of the latest release products from leading Australian suppliers.

Sustainability/Innovation

The Milan is constructed using Hebel render and completed with a roof made from COLORBOND® steel to maximise thermal efficiency, longevity and comfort. We’ve also included a 5.4kW grid connected solar PV system, featuring a 14kWh daily cycle Tesla Powerwall 2 battery storage device and energy usage monitoring system, demonstrating how easy it is for our customers to take control of their energy costs.

Transparent pricing

As with every Arden display home, the Milan features transparent pricing so you’ll know at a glance exactly what it’ll cost to build your home to display home specifications. The base model of each Arden home delivers enormous value in standard inclusions, minimising the need for clients to add additional upgrades. Any upgrades to our displays are clearly marked throughout the home when you visit – no smoke and mirrors here.
