The MyChoice Design Studio gives you the opportunity to cover off on every aspect of your home, from the bricks and mortar colour to the direction of the handles in the ensuite, not to mention the finishing touches for your flooring, window furnishings and driveway. There are even electrical specialists to help you select the right light fittings, position of your power outlets and entertainment systems. You can also choose your heating and cooling options without leaving the design studio. And everything you do with our team is incorporated into your personal floor plan using our interactive software.
Once your acceptance fee is paid, you’ll be invited to a two hour walk-through at our MyChoice Design Studio. Your Interior Designer will guide you through your inclusions, bonus items, and available upgrades. You’ll complete our Style Quiz, and receive one-on-one support to help define your style and prepare for your next appointment, with tailored advice on key design features for your new home.
After accepting your scope of works and plans, your next appointment will be at the MyChoice Design Studio to select your external colours. You’ll choose bricks, render, windows, garage door colours, and more, guided by our expert Interior Designers. These selections support your building approvals. You’ll also receive tailored advice and prep for your internal colours appointment, with recommendations that suit your style and budget.
Your Interior Design appointment begins with defining your style and how you envision living in your new home. From benchtops to cabinetry, flooring, tile heights, paint, tapware, and accessories, your qualified Interior Designer will guide you through every option. Together, you’ll plan the look and feel of your home to ensure the final styling reflects your vision and supports how you’ll live in the space.
Your lighting and electrical appointment is where you add the finishing touches to make your house a home. From task and mood lighting to powerpoints, alarms, intercoms, and entertainment, you’ll select placements and designs that suit your lifestyle. Choose from a 1.5 or 3-hour session as we help create spaces that feel just right and reflect how you want to live in your home.

Parking bays are available out the front of the MyChoice Design Studio.
Enter the building and walk straight to the elevators. MyChoice Design Studio is located on the ground floor.
Absolutely! You enter the building from the lower ground. If you need any assistance, please advise your Customer Service Administrator in advance.
Yes, you must have an appointment to attend. The MyChoice booking team will handle your appointments for you.
Appointments are available during the following times: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Colour Selection appointments start promptly at 9:00 am.
Anticipate spending approximately 5 hours during a Colour Selection appointment, including a lunch break.
Pricing details are not provided during the appointment. You will receive pricing information at your Tender appointment, where you can adjust selections to fit your budget.
While we recommend arranging childcare to fully focus on your appointment, we understand that may not always be possible. For your convenience, we have a kids’ room available during your visit.
The MyChoice Design Studio provides complimentary lunch, tea, and coffee for our valued clients. Additionally, there is a vending machine with snacks on-site.
