Can I afford an Arden Home?
We believe if you can afford to rent you can afford a new home! If you would like to chat to someone about your finance options, we have an inhouse finance team, MyChoice Home Loans. MyChoice Home Loans have access to loans from a wide range of lenders, helping to secure the best loan for your individual requirements. The expertise and experience they have within the construction industry allow our loan specialists to walk you through every aspect of funding your new home.
What is Arden Pays?
Arden Pays is a home loan option where Arden pays the interest on the home component of your loan while it’s under construction. You could save up to $12,000 while you build*. Find out more about Arden Pays today.

How long does it take to build a home?
It really depends on the size of your home build, the land and the inclusions you have selected. Other aspects that affect the build time include the time of year and the weather conditions throughout your build. If you are building a single or double storey home, theThe specific build time frame will be detailed in your HIA building contract.
Where does Arden Homes build?
We build homes across Victoria, including three main regions:
North: Melbourne's northern suburbs up to Kilmore, across to Broadford
Southeast: Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs down to the Mornington Peninsula, around Western Port Bay area to Coronet Bay, and as far as Warragul and Leongatha.
West: Greater Geelong corridor, extending to Anglesea and back up to Meredith and Ballan

Do you offer home loans?
Yes. We have an inhouse finance team, MyChoice Home Loans who can assist you with all your home loan needs. Plus, the MyChoice Home Loans team can take you through all of the Government incentives and grants available.
Does Arden Homes look after council approvals for me?
Yes! We liaise with your local council and take care of all council approvals on your behalf.
How long does council approval take?
There are several factors that influence council approval timeframes. This includes which council area you’re in, whether you need a dispensation or town planning. Please discuss with your Project Delivery Coordinator as times can vary.
Is heating and cooling included?
Of course, we live in Melbourne! Every Arden home including the ‘A Series’ Collection, includes heating and cooling with 2 zones to all living areas and bedrooms.

Steel or timber frames?
Arden Homes include precision engineered TRUECORE® steel frames in all homes. We recommend building with a TRUECORE® steel frame, roof and truss system due to its improvement in engineering, staying strong, straight and true. Please note, depending on the circumstance, we can build with timber frames, however, there will be an additional cost.
Does Arden Homes have a display location I can visit?
Yes, we do! We have 10 display locations with 20 display homes you can visit, walk through and experience.
Do you do knockdown rebuilds?
Yes! We have completed hundreds of KDRs. Whilst we don't do the demolition, we can guide you through the entire process, from initial conversation to receiving the keys. For all information on knockdown rebuilds click here.
What warranty do you provide?
With inspections at 3, 12 and 24 months, our warranty period is double the industry’s 12-month standard, ensuring your greater peace of mind.

How do I select decorative surfaces, colours and fixtures for my home?
Arden Homes has an exclusive in-house interior design studio called the MyChoice Design Studio. To make this process easier, you will have a series of appointments in the studio led by a qualified Interior Design Consultant. This is where you will make all the cosmetic and styling decisions for your new Arden home.
Do I need to order soil tests?
We do this for you. You don’t need to do any of the dirty work. Talk to us today about your home build and we’ll dig into it!

Can you help me find land?
