Prices published on the website are based on Arden Homes’ standard floorplan with standard inclusions and on the client providing a cleared, level and accessible site prior to construction. Prices apply to Melbourne metropolitan area building zones. Regional pricing may apply outside of these areas. Building zones are determined at the sole discretion of Arden Homes. Prices only valid on the date the Owner pays an initial fee and is subject to the Owner signing building contract. Details of additional costings following investigations such as engineering, council and planning approvals, finance, soil and survey results, and third-party requirements, will be detailed in your building contract. Bush fire, energy efficiency assessments and ocean corrosion protection costs will be provided after the initial assessment. Block widths noted are approximate and suitability may vary by Council or Developer Guideline requirements. Minimum block width and depth have been rounded up so some block widths required could be less and are façade dependant. Please discuss your block requirements with your Building & Design Consultant. For detailed home pricing, including details about standard inclusions for the house and charges for optional variations, please talk to one of our Building & Design Consultants. Items not included in the base price and not supplied by Arden include landscaping, window furnishings, wallpapers, decorative lighting, décor and furniture. Arden Homes reserves the right to alter design and specification, build zones, pricing and other product information without notice.

General Terms
Offers differ between our design portfolio ‘A Series’, The Acreage Collection and The Lifetime Collection. Offers are excluded from Arden Built. If any offer is not taken, no further credits / discounts apply, not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and excludes House & Land packages.
Promotions are subject to payment of the non-refundable acceptance fee of $5,000 within 14 days of the sales quote issue within the promotion period. A building agreement must be entered into within 90 days from acceptance fee payment. The offer is not available to customers who have previously paid a non-refundable acceptance fee or entered into a building agreement and is limited to one per building contract.
