The “Start Building with $50,000 Off” promotion runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 or earlier if withdrawn by Arden Homes. The promotion includes up to $50,000 off the contract price on all designs. The $50,000 off is reflected in a reduced base price as shown in the contract. The promotion is subject to payment of the non-refundable acceptance fee of $2,500 for Greenfields / $5,000 for Knockdown Rebuild within 14 days of the sales quote issue within the promotion period. A building agreement must be entered into within 90 days from acceptance fee payment. The promotion is not available to customers who have previously paid a non-refundable acceptance fee or entered into a building agreement and is limited to one per building contract. This promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for credit, cash or other consideration in lieu of any monies and excludes House & Land packages and Arden Built.
