To expand our collection of home designs, we are excited to introduce the Positano 45 and the Lakeville 41, both part of our Aspire range. And as facades give the ever-important first impression of your home, we’ve added two new facade to our line-up, the Montauk and the Ashville – so we’ll have something that perfectly suits your signature style.

Positano 45

The Positano is a thoughtfully designed two-storey home. On the ground floor, the entertainer will appreciate the showcase kitchen (fit for a chef) and the layout of the open plan living, dining and outdoor entertaining area, providing additional living space to use year-round. The study, home theatre and rumpus rooms will be appreciated by teens when they need their own quiet space or are entertaining friends.

The central staircase leading to the first floor is unique, with a stunning void which complements the home. The four spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite, have that extra ‘wow’ factor, and the expansive main bedroom is large enough to be used as a parent’s retreat, perfect for some quiet time. The activity room is ideal for a movie night and gives the sense that the first floor is its own apartment. The Positano is designed with families in mind and will meet needs now and in the years to come.

Lakeville 41

This double-storey design has five spacious bedrooms, including a full guest suite downstairs, making it ideal for those who often host friends and family members.

With the expansive living, dining, kitchen, and home theatre located downstairs, and additional activity space upstairs, this home has all the room you need to entertain loved ones and relax at the end of the day.

The main bedroom upstairs feels like a luxurious hotel room with the walk-in robe of your dreams running the entire length of the room. The spacious and decadent ensuite hosts a double shower and bathtub perfect for R&R.

Montauk Facade 

Our newest facade, the Montauk, is a sophisticated take on the iconic and luxurious Hamptons homes of Long Island, New York.

Famously known for their elegant and classic look with a touch of coastal charm, Hamptons homes feature signature white-washed or airy grey/blue wooden exteriors, white window frames and gable-style roofs.

Our Montauk facade incorporates all the best elements of a Hamptons home: weatherboard cladding, feature pillars, bold window frames and a balcony with feature balustrading, all working together to make a timeless impression. With so many Australians loving this aesthetic, we feel this design trend will be here to stay for a very long time!

 Ashville Facade

And last, but by no means least, the Ashville is a facade with traditional elegance inspired by the grandeur of Georgian residences. 

Georgian facades originate from distinct 18th-century architecture, characterised by symmetrical and proportioned design. The banded facade, tiered portico and striking windows are signature elements of our Ashville facade, which has an impressive street appeal.

Imagine pulling into your driveway to be greeted by one of these beauties every day? We’d spend all of our time sitting out the front, admiring our façade – and we have a sneaking suspicion the neighbours would do the same!
