Customer testimonial – Alex and Justin

We’re always incredibly grateful when our clients are generous enough to take some time to talk about their experience of building a new home with us. We strive for customer satisfaction at each and every touchpoint, but it’s still extra special when our customers are willing to go on the record to talk about their build experience with Arden.

This month’s testimonial features Arden customers Alex and Justin, who chose the Seaview 37 with Keimora Facade.  Alex and Justin decided to build because they wanted a modern home without the stress and pressure of renovating, and after finding a block of land they both loved, it was all systems go to create their dream home.

Flexibility was the name of the game for this couple, whose chosen block of land sits atop a hill –  the unique features of the Seaview 37 floor plan suited the location perfectly, with living areas and bedrooms on the first floor and an impressive kitchen, dining and living area upstairs to maximise the view.  Our team was able to work with Alex and Justin to make some design tweaks to ensure the home really made best use of the features of the block.

The couple’s selected design, the Seaview 37, is a strikingly contemporary home featuring four spacious bedrooms and plenty of space for recreation and entertaining, and large picture windows upstairs to maximise the available light and allow surrounding views to be captured at full advantage. It was a seamless fit for the couple’s style, which Alex describes as ‘modern with an industrial twist’.

The home features strong black and grey neutrals throughout, complemented by an ever-growing number of house plants. Alex had her heart set on a black kitchen, and worked closely with our design team to meet the brief for a stunning result. The expansive views from the kitchen and dining area mean it’s the couple’s favourite place to unwind each day.

‘We were really excited the day we moved in – everything was exactly as we hoped it would be and we were so thrilled to move in. We celebrated with friends the day we got our keys, and 

we really love being here and we can see ourselves living in this home for a long time’

Alex and Justin singled out flexibility and smoothness of process as being two of the things they enjoyed most about working with the Arden team.
