We are excited to announce that Arden Homes is joining forces with Australia’s second largest residential home builder, the NEX Building Group.

Who is the NEX Building Group?

NEX Building Group started as a family-owned building business based in Newcastle NSW and currently operates NSW’s largest Builder McDonald Jones, along with MJH Multi and MOJO Homes, Brighton Homes in QLD, Tasmania’s favourite home builder Wilson Homes, Weeks Homes and Akora Homes in South Australia and Supaloc, their steel frame manufacturing business.

NEX Building Group Managing Director Andrew Helmers said the Victorian market has long been part of the Group’s expansion strategy and we are delighted to have Arden Homes as part of the business.

“Former owner and Director Dean Morrison will lead the business as CEO and all staff will be retained. It’s very much business and usual for staff, contractors and suppliers and we look forward to building on Arden’s strong relationships.”

“Dean and his team will be working closely with customers during the transition. Our goal is to make this transition seamless and focus on building homes for Arden’s customers,” Mr Helmers added.

Arden CEO Dean Morrison sees synergies with the two businesses having watched NEX over the last five years build a partnership with AKH and expand their brands with a clear focus on a customer centric culture.
