Terms & Conditions

The NEX Building Group $20,000 New Home Grant runs from 10:00am Wednesday 1 April (AEST) and closes 5:00pm Thursday 30 April 2026 (AEST) (the Promotion Period). The offer includes one $20,000 grant that will be deducted from the final contract price of Arden Homes range of designs excluding the ‘A Series’ range. To be eligible for the NEX Building Group $20,000 New Home Grant, a customer must: 1. Have their quote priced in accordance with our February 2026 pricelist; 2. Complete a New Home Grant application form at the time of their quote request; 3. Pay their deposit fee within 14 days of a quote issued within the Promotion Period; 4. Attend and sign a tender agreement within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid; and 5. Not breach any essential terms of the contract for the duration of the contract. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Arden Homes. The NEX Building Group $20,000 New Home Grant cannot be deducted from the land price in any house & land package. The NEX Building Group $20,000 New Home Grant offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
