All electric, all included with Arden

Leading the Way to a Carbon-Neutral Future

At Arden Homes, we don’t just build houses, we build the future of Victorian living. As the first volume builder in Victoria to offer all-electric, carbon-neutral homes as a standard inclusion, we are proof that luxury and sustainability can go hand-in-hand.

By choosing an energy-efficient home design, you aren't just reducing your environmental footprint, you are future-proofing your investment and saving up to $2,100^ per year in energy costs from the moment you move in.

Is an all-electric home really better than gas?

Yes. Induction cooktops offer more precise temperature control than gas, and modern electric heat pumps are significantly cheaper to run than gas heaters. Plus, you save roughly $300 a year just by disconnecting from the gas network.

What is a 7-star NatHERS rating?

It is a measure of a home’s thermal energy efficiency. A 7-star home requires much less energy to heat and cool than a standard 6-star home, thanks to better insulation and high-performance windows

Do I have to pay extra for the solar battery?

No. At Arden, the solar panels and the Soltaro battery storage system are part of our standard inclusions, making us a leader in sustainable home building in Victoria.

^Disclaimer: Estimated annual savings of up to $2,100 are based on Victorian Government modeling (Gas Substitution Roadmap) for a 7-star all-electric home compared to a standard 6-star gas-connected home. This figure includes the avoidance of annual gas daily supply charges (approx. $300) and the optimised use of a standard-included solar PV and battery storage system. Actual savings will vary depending on household energy usage patterns, solar orientation, location, and electricity provider rates.
