Yes. Induction cooktops offer more precise temperature control than gas, and modern electric heat pumps are significantly cheaper to run than gas heaters. Plus, you save roughly $300 a year just by disconnecting from the gas network.

What is a 7-star NatHERS rating?

It is a measure of a home’s thermal energy efficiency. A 7-star home requires much less energy to heat and cool than a standard 6-star home, thanks to better insulation and high-performance windows

Do I have to pay extra for the solar battery?

No. At Arden, the solar panels and the Soltaro battery storage system are part of our standard inclusions, making us a leader in sustainable home building in Victoria.
