Sunbury Display Homes Celebrated For Sustainable Living

We’re proud to share that two Arden display homes were recently recognised as finalists in the National 2022 HIA Australian GreenSmart Awards. The Verona 40 and Milan 29 – both on display at Redstone Estate, Sunbury – were two of just five national finalists for the Display/Project Home Award category.  

The HIA GreenSmart Awards recognise those in the industry who build or design environmentally-friendly homes and provide solutions to make homes more efficient. The GreenSmart Awards also celebrate builders and designers who are making a positive difference to the environment, inspiring other HIA members to build sustainable, energy efficient and comfortable homes for their clients.

The Verona 40 and Milan 29 were judged on a number of criteria for this award including environmental design, features and construction, innovation, visual appeal, liveability, and cost effectiveness. Energy, water and resource efficiency was a hugely important factor in the award criteria – with homes judged on their use of energy saving technologies, building design, alternative energy sources, and more.
