Our latest display homes, The Rockwell 23 and Sedona 40, are now open to visit at Peppercorn Hill in Donnybrook. This is the first time these homes from our Lumina range have been constructed as display homes, so now you can experience each home’s beautifully unique elements firsthand.

Our expert design team has shared the curated collection of finishes and interior styling elements so you can replicate Arden’s Rockwell 23 and Sedona 40 looks in your home.

Rockwell 23

Style: Organic Neutral

Colour Palette: Light, warm, neutral tones with soft pink and tan accents.

The Organic Neutral style of our Rockwell display encompasses light and breezy earthly tones. Our design team has taken some inspiration from Scandinavian design elements, with the signature style embracing layered textures and materials rather than safe, matching pieces.

Here are our tips for recreating this look:

Timber finishes, natural stone accents and white painted walls (Dulux ‘Natural White’) provide a neutral backdrop and allow large artworks to be showcased as the hero of a room.
Walnut timber grain flooring and furniture add depth, warmth and a welcomed contrast against the white interior.
Large windows with linen sheers add an organic feel to living areas and bedrooms and allow natural light to flood in, adding to the sense of spaciousness.
Black decorative décor pieces work well as focal points and add personality to a space – organic-shaped ceramic vessels and planters are a great option.
In the Rockwell’s main bedroom, a decorative upholstered patterned black, white and pink bedhead runs across the entire width of the wall. The bedhead cleverly serves both a practical and aesthetic purpose, complementing the home’s colour scheme.
Select materials in neutral tones with an organic and matte feel. Caesarstone’s ‘Fresh Concrete’ benchtops have subtle grey veining and work well in kitchens.

The Sedona’s colour scheme is thoughtfully curated, refined and contemporary – the striking design elements are sure to be appealing now and in the future.

We recommend incorporating the following elements into your home to recreate this signature look:

White walls provide the perfect base for an eclectic range of artwork. We recommend selecting Dulux ‘White Polar Qtr’ paint.
Timber-look laminate flooring is an excellent hardwearing flooring option for high-traffic areas. The warm brown and timber tones of Perfect Timber Floors ‘Chestnut Oak’ timber look laminate flooring works well with the Sedona’s muted matte warm grey floor tiles.
Select bold black accents throughout. Door hardware, tapware, feature tiles, lighting fixtures and accessories work cohesively together, adding an eye-catching and sophisticated finish to each room.
Furniture combining materials and textures adds depth to rooms. The tan vinyl headboard and velvet-like painterly wallpaper in the Sedona’s main bedroom create a beautiful contrast.
When selecting furniture, a medley of black stained timber tables, tan vinyl upholstered chairs and a boucle sofa in the living area work incredibly well in the open plan, even though they are each vastly different.
